Why do leftists not understand that accumulated wealth is put to use in economic growth?

Did You Get That Memo? asked:
This is a follow on question to a question I recently asked, where a leftist finger wagged me that I should be giving my wealth away because “I can’t take it with me”. See, folks, wealth is put to use in many ways beyond buying cigarettes and beer. For example, if I invest $10 million in a company that builds ships, that shipbuilding company goes out and hires workers, and those workers earn wages in exchange for building ships. Does this make sense? That is the question here, does that make sense? Please don’t violate this for “not a question or answer”, it is a question and I would like you answer. Thanks.
