As in arab countries Koran is used by dictators to hold the power, the same is true with communist ideology.

“If Nicolae Ceausescu was a Communist, then why did he spend so many billions of tax dollars on building himself a palace? What is up with dictators like Mugabe, Mao, Ceausescu, and Pol Pot who are suppposed to be Communists, but still insist on hoarding all their country’s wealth and brutally oppressing opposition?”

Because that is communism. On paper it may promise alot, equality, prosperity, freedom, abundance, civility, etc., but when actually put into practice, it turns out to be anything but.

I’m reminded of the wife of one diplomat from the soviet union when the soviet union was still in existance. She came over here to the states for the first time, and after seeing all the stores filled with clothes, food, freedom, everything they could ever want, she (mistakenly) remarked: “Why, they have true communism over here!”

Because thats communisms reality and thats why on paper it seems “nice” and “cool” but it doesn’t work in practice.
