is wealth theft? is there a limit to the amount a person can deserve?
are the wealthy thieves?
are there legal thefts?
eg, monopoly profits – isnt this theft? – since govts legislate against it?
isnt any money without work, theft?
one person works hard and gets 1c an hour – $15 an hour [av.] – another works hard and gets $15,000 an hour – another works hard and gets $15,000,000 an hour
isnt this theft? – shouldnt every hard worker get the same amount per hour?
isnt this justice? [nothing to do with communism which is injustice and force and tyranny]
‘the purpose of govt is justice’ james madison – justice is equal pay for equal work – the state built on injustice cannot stand – isnt injustice therefore sedition, isnt the person who fails to pursue justice a traitor, an enemy of the state?
what would be the range of ‘pays’ ie fruits of labour, if everyone was given same tools, same materials for a variety of jobs? – not very large range? – much smaller than present pay range, from $1 to $1,000,000,000 a fortnight’s work?

That’s bullcrap, if a person has built up a business, or inherited from someone who has, as long as all their business practices are legal ones, they should be able to make as much money as they want, and no one should be able to tell them they “make too much money!” If you don’t like it that someone has more money than you do, make some yourself.

Is Bill Gates a thief because he invented something that everybody wants and most can afford (at least in the Western World)? Are Lottery winner thieves because they didn’t work for it?
Most people I know who are making a lot of money in their own business took incredible risks, mortgaged their homes, maxed their credit cards and could have ended up in real big financial trouble had they failed. They could have had to work until death. Besides working 15 hour days, 7 days a week. Of course some people are born smarter than others in certain areas and a little luck (or the absence of bad luck) helps but that is life. Is it fair that some women look like Heidi Klum while others look like Janet Reno?
You sound like you are not doing to well and are trying to find a way to belittle those who are more succesful than you are so that in your own mind you can somehow level the playing field. They may be richer than you; but you are more moral than them, right?.
Note that your writting is a little sloppy, sloppiness is the enemy of success.

First off, I don’t know of any jobs that pay 15 million an hour. And less that .05% pay 15 thousand. Probably less than that. And nobody makes a billion dollars over 40 days. I guess if you feel the need to pay the guy making your burger 15 an hour, feel free. I for one feel that if you get a job that pays well, you probably deserve it.

There is no such thing as too much wealth in a capitalist economy; it is based on the possibility of that, on the striving for more and more. The tragedy is that socialism or communism– much more rational and humane systems–do not work, in reality, because people are by nature so acquisitive and selfish.
